DEADLINE FOR UPLOADING THE COMPLETE CONTRIBUTION TO THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM:
until 19 June 2023 – formal version of submission in compliance with template provided down below. Submissions that do not meet compliance with the template will not be published in the reviewed collection of conference papers.
Important notice!
- • Participants shall register to the selected section with a particular topic of their contribution.
- • Abstracts shall be provided by participants already at the registration.
- • In the case of co-author contributions, a co-author is also required to register.
- • The topic of your paper will be confirmed, and you will be notified by email,
subsequently an e-invoice will be sent to you. - • The paper in its final form needs to be submitted to the electronic registration system until 19 June 2023..
Electronic Collection of Papers will be prepared from the papers actively presented by their authors and submitted by their authors via electronic system..
To have your paper published in the Collection of Papers, the following requirements must be met:
- • presenting the paper at the conference,
- • preparing the paper according to the set template,
- • submitting the paper within the set deadline,
- • recommendation of the publication of the paper by two assigned reviewers.
Further instructions and detailed conference program will be sent electronically no later than 10 days before the conference is held.
COLLECTION OF PAPERS::
The publication output from the conference will be a peer-reviewed electronic collection of papers.
The collection of papers and individual contributions will be published under the Creative Commons Public License BY-NC-ND, 4.0.
By submitting a contribution, the author gives permission for his work to be distributed under this public license.
Only the contributions of participants who will actively attend and speak at the conference will be published.
