Recent years have been marked by a series of crisis situations that have affected the social and economic situation on a regional and global scale. The banking crisis caused by the crisis of values, increased economic and political migration, the global pandemic of the Covid 19 disease, the energy crisis and the war on the European continent call for a response on the part of society. The theme of the section is the impact of crisis situations on labour law, health law and social security law and an analysis of the challenges the aforementioned legal disciplines are facing.
