Subsidiarity of Criminal Law in Theory and Application Practice

The section on criminal law will focus on the characteristics of criminal law as an ultima ratio in terms of punishing law perpetrators. The topic of the section will be examined from the point of view of both criminal law theory and the application practice of law application bodies (law enforcement authorities and courts). Individual institutes of substantive and procedural criminal law that are relevant from the point of view of subsidiarity of criminal law will be examined.
